Processing & Transit Times

Most Anew Golf merchandise ships from our overseas warehouse. The average processing time is 7–14 business days before your order reaches our U.S. distribution center.

Once your order arrives in the U.S., USPS or UPS transit times apply based on the shipping method you selected.

⚠️ Please note: UPS 2nd Day and 4 Day shipping options apply only to the U.S. domestic transit time and do not shorten the overseas processing period.

  • Overseas shipping from suppliers can take 5–10 business days before arriving at our U.S. warehouse.

  • Oversized items (like stand bags or half bags) require an additional fee and are not eligible for free shipping.




DELIVERY TIMING

  • Orders are shipped once payment authorization and verification are complete.

  • We use the most efficient carrier available (primarily USPS).

  • Deliveries are made:

    • Residential: Mon–Sat, 8 AM–8 PM

    • Business: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM

LOST PACKAGE

  • If tracking shows “Delivered”, Anew Golf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

  • If you purchased Order Protection, you may file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.

PACKAGE REFUSAL

If you refuse a package, shipping charges both ways plus any additional fees will be deducted from your refund.



CANADA & OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


CANADA

  • Delivery: Allow up to 14 business days.

  • Free shipping on orders over $299.

  • Orders under $299 are charged at USPS/UPS weighted rates.


OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

  • Delivery: Allow up to 14 business days.

  • Shipping charged at USPS weighted rates.

  • Shipments to: Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Samoa are sent via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Next-Day Delivery is not available.
