Return Policy

 

We want you to enjoy every purchase from Anew Golf. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return and refund experience.


1. Return

1.1 How to Request a Return

To return an item from your order, click here to access our Return Portal.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the last package arrival date.

  • Requests submitted after 14 days will be automatically rejected.

  • Unauthorized returns (returns without approval) will incur a 15% deduction from the merchandise value.

  • Customers who did not purchase our CheckoutPLUS Return and Protection plan are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Customers who purchased CheckoutPLUS Protection are eligible for free return labels, and the plan also covers claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

 


1.2 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • New, unused, unwashed

  • In original packaging with all components: protective plastic cover, garment/dust bags, tags attached

  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box

For hygienic purposes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Underwear, face masks, hats, arm sleeves, gloves, socks

Items not meeting resale condition (soiled, worn, washed, damaged) will be rejected and returned to you.

If returned items are damaged or not in sellable condition, 40–50% of the original price will be deducted from the refund.


1.3 Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Items discounted 30% or more

  • Season ending sale items

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Special Orders

  • Pre-order items

  • Warehouse sale / marked-down items


1.4 Restocking Fees

  • A $10 restocking fee per item applies to all approved returns.
    (*Stand bag/ Wheeled bags - restocking fee $150)

  • This fee is waived if you choose store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refused packages are subject to a $15 restocking fee.


1.5 Defective Items

  • Defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for replacement.

  • This applies only to manufacturer defects.

  • Damage due to customer handling (washing, improper care, misuse) is not covered.

  • If an item is not deemed defective, Anew Golf USA is not responsible for repairs.


1.6 Stand Bag Return Requirements

  • Bags must remain in original condition with all packaging.

  • Handle light-colored bags carefully to prevent stains from clothing dyes.

  • Use the original shipping box or another sturdy box for returns.

  • For color changes or other issues, contact info@anewgolf.com. Additional shipping charges may apply.


1.7 Exchange

Anew Golf does not process direct exchanges.

If you want a different size or color:

  1. Follow the return process above.

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

If you wish to change size/color before shipment, the original item must be canceled and a new order placed (if still possible).


1.8 Important Return Deadline

  • Approved return packages must be in transit within 7 days of approval.

  • Returns shipped after 7 days will be processed as store credit only, with a 10% deduction.

  • If the return arrives after 7–10 days, no refund to the original payment can be issued.


1.9 Free Gift Promotion Returns

If your order included a free gift:

  • If your return causes your purchase total to fall below the promotion minimum, the gift must be returned.

  • If the gift is not in resellable condition, its full value will be deducted from your refund.

  • You may choose to keep the gift and receive your refund as store credit, avoiding the deduction.

 



2. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Submit return request within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

  2. Visit our Return Portal and follow instructions.

  3. You will receive a return label from Redo via email.

  4. Ship your item within 7 days of approval.

  5. After your return arrives, we will inspect it.

  6. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund or credit is issue.



 


3. Frequent Return Warning

While there is no strict limit, accounts with:

  • 55% or higher return rate, or

  • returns for nearly every order

may receive a warning. Anew Golf reserves the right to limit or block returns for accounts that show repeat high-return behavior.

This policy helps protect inventory availability and maintain fairness for all customers.

 


4. Refund

4.1 Refund Timing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is delivered and inspected.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

4.2 Refund Methods

  • Credit Card Refund: Funds returned to the original card

  • Store Credit: Issued as a digital credit for future use

  • Shipping fees & shipping insurance are non-refundable

 


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders already “Shipped from the overseas warehouse” (usually within 3–5 hours) cannot be canceled.

  • Refused packages incur a $15 restocking fee.

  • Orders over $500 canceled after 6 hours will incur a 10% cancellation fee (due to overseas processing and return logistics).

  • Final Sale / Made-to-Order items cannot be canceled after processing begins.

  • Anew Golf reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.
