The material sticks to your skin

This shirt blocks the wind but it is very uncomfortable to wear it. It sticks to your skin and it is not made with breathable material.

It does block the wind but sticks to your skin

It does block the wind but you must wear long turtleneck underneath or else it sticks to your skin and it is not breathable.
